This “I’m the Boss” from Nicolas Vellas is a 100% Malbec from France, inspired by the powerful style for which the grape is known. The wine matures for ten months in oak barrels, which provides extra depth and a beautiful balance between fruit, spice and structure.
The grapes are harvested late at full ripeness and undergo a long traditional vinification with strict temperature control. This results in an intense wine with a deep dark colour and purple reflections. In scent and taste you will mainly discover black fruit and ripe red fruits, combined with a full, powerful and concentrated style.
