What began as a passion blossomed into Paradisi: an independent liquor store with a distinct passion for wines and spirits with character. Its roots go back to 2009, with a shop in Destelbergen, focusing on wines and spices. After years of sales and international travel—from South Africa to the Caribbean and beyond—the collection and vision grew.

Paradisi has been located in the center of Aalst since 2019. The shop focuses entirely on wine and spirits: rum, gin, whiskey, mezcal, tequila, vodka, cognac, and specialty liqueurs. No mass production, but discovery and quality are key. Tastings are held regularly, featuring music on vinyl from a personal collection.
